26-Sep-06: Israel Under Gaza Rocket Fire Again This Morning

Tuesday: 2 Qassam rockets land in Sderot causing power outage; young woman injured

Armed Palestinians shot two Qassam rockets from northern Gaza at Israeli territory. The rockets hit Sderot causing a power outage throughout the city. There has been no report of injuries.
A young woman was injured as a result of the rocket hit in the center of the city and there are a number of shock victims at the site. Another rocket landed in yard of a private house. No injuries were reported in the second incident.

THIS ONGOING WAR is not part of the activity of the Malki Foundation which was founded by us, Frimet and Arnold Roth of Jerusalem, on September 11, 2001. But it is inspired by the same tragic circumstances. The Malki Foundation (also known by its Hebrew name: Keren Malki) is a memorial to the life of our daughter, Malki who was murdered at the age of 15 in a massacre in the centre of Jerusalem carried out by Hamas.
