Friday afternoon, and there's now a report that an Israeli male in his twenties (according to
Israel National News) has been stabbed in the neck and upper torso by an Arab assailant. He was treated at the scene by IDF medics and then rushed in moderate/serious condition to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer for treatment.
Times of Israel says the attacker was shot dead at the scene. The name they gave is Abdel Rahman Barghouti, aged 26, of the village of Abud, close to the scene of the attack and in the general vicinity of Neve Tzuf (also known as Halamish), an Israeli community, and Nabi Saleh which is not.
