The president of one of the two Palestinian Arab statelets makes a speech at the UN keening for the day when peace arrives (at the very same time demanding the release of 5,000 convicted and unrepentant terrorists from their prison cells), while the spokesperson for the other statelet, Hamas, calls on the Palestinian Arabs living under Mahmoud Abbas to start a third "Palestinian uprising".
