The southern regions of Israel are tense in the wake of this morning's attack by a terrorist gang that took the life of an Israeli construction crew worker. Yet another in the seemingly endless arsenal of Gazan rockets was fired at the city of Ashkelon in the past hour, exploding somewhere in the Hof Ashkelon region. There are no signs of injury or damage, according to
Ynet's flash. It is
also reporting on the deployment by the IDF of
Armored forces - tanks - near Israel's Egypt border.
