9-May-12: Rocket fire on southern Israel again tonight

Towns right across southern Israel were subjected yet again to the terrifying Color Red incoming-rocket warning sirens in the past hour. Tonight, Wednesday night, Jews throughout the world celebrate Lag B'Omer; in Israel, it's marked with enthusiastic outdoor activities this evening, chiefly the lighting of bonfires in open spacesIt's now reported that a Gazan-Palestinian-Arab rocket crashed into an agricultural field in the Sha'ar Hanegev region around 9:30 tonight. As far as is known, fortunately there are neither injuries nor damage.

Like many sites that advocate for a moderate, Israel-friendly viewpoint, we unfortunately receive abusive, offensive and racist messages on a routine basis. We want it to be clear that we reserve the right to reject them in our absolute discretion. Racist and Israel-hating sites abound on the web. So not being allowed to play in our sandbox can hardly be called a hardship. Anonymous postings or messages where email address of the poster is hidden from us will generally not be accepted.
