As of this morning, according to the Israeli police, some 3,050 Hizbollah missiles have been fired into Israel since July 12. 750 have landed in residential areas, killing 49 human beings. It's not always recognized that Hizbollah's weaponry is guided to its targets by what is known among military observers as pot-luck. They lob their rockets into the air and care not one bit about what gets hit. The point is to sow destruction, death and chaos to the greatest extent possible. There is no Hezollah military strategy more significant than this. This is one of several reasons why they are terrorists.

"Hezbollah's use of warheads that have limited military use and cause grievous suffering to the victims only makes the crime worse."
"...Under international humanitarian law, parties to an armed conflict may not use weapons in civilian areas that are so inaccurate that they cannot be directed at military targets without imposing a substantial risk of civilian harm. Such attacks can constitute war crimes. Deliberately attacking civilians is in all circumstances prohibited and a war crime."
